Application:
This machine is mainly used for such process as dyeing, boiling and refining and blanching of twisted yarns, yarn bobbins or scattered fibers, which may be made of cotton, feather and chemical fibers.
Works:
After the objects to be dyed are put into the dye beck, the heated dyeing liquor will continuously flow from the inner layers of the objects to their outer layers as it is driven the pump, or the circulating direction of the dyeing liquor will be changed by the reversing mechanism, thus even dyeing effects can be achieved under the set temperature and time. When the temperature of the dye liquor is higher than 98°C, compressed air should be input into the dye beck for pressurizing (pump may be used for pressurizing when the dye beck is full) so that the boiling-point temperature can increase to ensure the normal running of the machine. This system is characterized by its compact structure, low liquor ratio, high degree of automation and two-way centrifugal pump with high efficiency and anti-erosion performance made in Taiwan. Its application can help obtain ideal product quality and economic profits.
